ProntoPegno is a product of Kruso Kapital S.p.A., a financial intermediary pursuant to Article 106 of the Italian Banking Act (TUB), which operates both in the pawn loan business under the ProntoPegno brand and in the auction market for precious metals, artwork, and other collectibles. Kruso Kapital is committed to accessibility and inclusivity; we want all our customers to be able to use our website easily and successfully. Through the prontopegno.it website, users can learn about the pawn loan product and the company's precious metal auctions. The site serves as an institutional portal, with sections dedicated to "Pawn Loan," "Pledging," "Auctions," "Contacts," "About Us," and "Digital Pawn."

  • 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions – not all instructions, labels, or hints are provided clearly for form fields, which may lead to input errors;
  • 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value – Some interactive components do not correctly expose their name, role, or value, hindering the use of assistive technologies. This issue specifically affects the language selector.
