Safe shipping or delivery of your valuables assets
Once the preliminary estimate of your precious goods has been accepted, you can send them via one of our qualified couriers, deliver them to a partner hub or go directly to the branch, in this way our appraisers will be able to confirm the evaluation.

Receive the online loan offer, you can accept or reject it without obligation: if it doesn't meet your needs we will return your assets immediately, otherwise you can take out the contract digitally signed and receive the loan.

bring your identity document, tax code and the valuables to be pledged to a branch and one of our specialised appraisers will carefully evaluate the assets free of charge. If you are satisfied with the offer and the granted loan, you can sign the policy to disburse the loan
Sign the policy and collect the money
choose the loan duration 3, 6 or 12 months and, after signing the policy for the pledged valuables, you will immediately receive the agreed amount of money, in cash (up to the maximum amount permitted by law - €4.999.99), paid to a current account by bank transfer or to a prepaid card that is completely free of charge
Redeem the valuables or renew the policy
At or prior to the end of the loan period, you can repurchase your asset by going to the branch where the policy was initially issued, and settle the loan, including the fees and interest, by bank transfer, in cash or by debit/credit card. You can also renew your policy online or in branch; once you have paid the interest and fees due until that point, the policy term is extended for the same initial duration. Renewal can also be made by proxy by filling in the appropriate form download here. In the event of not redeeming or renewing, and with at least thirty days passing from the expiry date of the loan, we may sell the pledged assets at auction.
Ask directly at the branch for the revaluation service
If at the time of the renewal the objects you have pledged are worth more than the previous estimate, if you wish you can obtain a higher loan on the same assets: with the revaluation of your objects you have the possibility of increasing the value of your valuables.
